About Kimberley

Introduction

Kimberley is no stranger to adversity,  overcoming a debilitating illness as a teenager and in her early 20’s needing not one but two hip replacements after a near fatal interaction with a sting ray.  These and other life's challenges have not held her back, but rather has taught her life long skills that has developed her resilience to take life by the horns and live life to the full.

From a ski and snowboard instructor to a mother, event speaker and multi business owner including Lady Lash Studio and Academy in Christchurch, Kimberley has always loved helping, teaching and guiding others, which she continues to do through The Let’s Go Project.

Using Positive Psychology principles based on published research, Kimberley intertwines the art of learning new skills, with the facilitation of positive wellbeing practices and interventions, to enhance and inspire every participant, no matter where they are in life.  Kimberley is a wife and mother of two teenagers. She is also a surfer, skiing and lover of all things bright, bold and unique.
